So let me share my experience,
It was 13th September 2018, My boat bass head 100 became one-sided. So without wasting time, I went to the official website CUSTOMER Support boAt. There I got an option called Register a complaint. I oened that page and submitted information like NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO, EMAIL ID along with the bill generated from Amazon. ( As I purchased it from Amazon)
Then I got a ticket number via message and email. Next day evening a courier guy called me and asked me to give him the defective product. So I handed over the defective product and he gave me a PICKUP STATEMENT SLIP.
On 27th September, I got a mail from them informing me that they had received the product at their service station.
On 3rd October, got another text message informing me that the replacement has been dispatched along with AWB number to track the shipment.
The replacement unit was sent through Delhivery Courier and took around 8 days to reach me.
On 11th October, I got my earphone back. Yippeeeee!!!

Those who are asking for how did I packed my shipment while handing over the product?
Here’s the answer :
Either you can use the original box or get an envelope put the earphone inside it and don’t forget to enclose handwritten ticket no or printed original bill with it and simply handover the product 🙂
